Aside from the amazing customer service, they were extremely fast and direct with my service. I explained what was wrong with my car and they explained in detail the worst case scenario and what they believed was the likely cause. Not only was his initial diagnosis correct, but the damage was not as bad as we initially thought it would be. Long story short, if I had ignored that weird noise I was hearing in my car, we'd be looking for a new car right now. Instead we have a small fee to pay for quality service.
It was slightly expensive, but the prices are competitive. I highly doubt I would've gotten the same service else where for cheaper. And besides, I'll happily pay for good customer service and a mechanic who isn't afraid to shoot straight with me. I'll be going back with any car problems in the future.

They even gave me a loaner car when mine was going to take longer than expected. They made sure I understood everything. Answered all of my silly questions and kept me updated along the way! Will absolutely be coming back!
